After the Order is placed, most orders are shipped within 48 business hours and are sent using one of the following carriers UPS or FedEx or USPS.
Each shipment is assigned a tracking number and the shipment can be tracked using the tracking number via the UPS or USPS or FedEx websites depending on the carrier used.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for the package and the carrier used for shipment.
Orders placed on weekdays (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays after 12 pm EST are shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays are shipped on the next working day.
For now, we only ship to all states in USA.
For Free Shipping, shipment is sent via USPS first class mail/ priority mail / FedEx Ground / UPS Ground only.
Free Shipping doesn't qualify for any priority or overnight delivery.
Usually shipping in the US takes 2-6 business days or less and Free shipping could take up to 15 days.
We are not responsible for any delays in the shipment because of any issues on the carrier side or other delays arising because of un-foreseen circumstances beyond our control.

All MAX Gift Card sales are final. Any MAX Gift Card purchased online or instore cannot be returned.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order (except MAX Gift Cards) within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Whichever above mentioned way you may use to initiate the returns, please mention the complete Order number, your full name, email address, phone number and reason(s) for return.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods are in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. Example – A Cricket bat which is purchased from us and is knocked In or Oiled or Face tape (any type) applied cannot be returned
Cricket gear like Abdomen Guards and Supporters and other wearables which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
Any goods used even once by removing the original packing
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We offer free returns on select products and orders at our sole discretion. For Example, if you received a wrong product than what you ordered, or if the product you received is defective and it’s our fault. For all other orders and products the shipping cost must be borne by the customer. For example, color, size or style is not to your liking for any product than the shipping cost of returning the product is your sole responsibility.
Any discounted items purchased during our Sale or promotions are not eligible for returns/refunds or exchange. Such items can only be returned/refunded or exchanged if you have received a wrong product than what you ordered or if the product you received is defective and it’s our fault.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued on the same payment method used for the purchase.
